Peoplefinder.com is all I can suggest. They do charge a fee and I'm not sure if they cover Germany. It's not an easy task finding someone. Good luck. If you know any of their relatives, you could try them. We are only volunteers with the internet to seek out answers. Finding people is not something we can do. Sorry.
