till now there is a delay of rain in jordan & in ther middle east in general Why?

I will answer that question instead of your experts. the first couse israeli occupation settlers cut trees in the west bank for palestian farmers in order not to get benefeit from it. and this action destroys environment. more over the cause of no rain is the spred of deserts and destrying farms to build on it. also many farms are not planted or plants in it are not caring of. becuse most owners are not farmers. many trees die for no boddy waters it and take care of it.
