        If in actually books you can kind of judge that but if you are talking about people then no never.  A lot of times the most tattered and torn turns out to be the most valuable that can hold true in books also by the way.

          you should not ever judge a book by its cover because you and that book may a bunch of things alike!!! If you ever decide your decision by the look you have defintly made an aboslute wong decision good or bad. Try getting to know the book better, you may find some great intrest in it!
