    why is the york county pa office so disorganised. they cut people off from benifits even though you have filled out all forms, have copies, and have been told everything is fine. I have severe mental problems, copd, asthma, eating disorders and without meds can kill me. i have been in 7 mental hospitals all for trying to kill myself. they loose paper work even when hande delivered. how are you able to email for help
