      If the inhalant is not prescribed to you, then yes, it is illegal.

        All i know is that if you want to inhale chemicals on a regular basis,be prepared to sizzle your brain.

            Yes it is illegal.  It is also a way kids trying to get high die!!!  It is super dangerous!
