    Can I get a small map of Kansas about 2" or 3" size of map

      Hm...that's an extremely unusual size for a map. If you are able to find a page size version, you could probably shrink it down, using a photocopier. If all else fails, that's at least an idea. I say this, as a map 2"-3" in size would be fairly uncommon, except for the application you intend it for.
