    you should be loosing 2lb a week, ever heard of the yo yo diet the more you loose a week you will put (when deit has finnshed) double in wieght it far better to loose 1/2 1lb per week than more it will stay off a lot longer and remember if you the correct amount of food and good neutrition you will not put the wieght back on and exercise good luck

    Maybe, but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be healthy. Why do you need to do it so fast?

    Not safely nor nutritionally sound.  Remember, you put the weight on over several months.  Expect to do the same in losing them.  Diet and exercise are the only way to go.
