Too much but when your feet and ankles hurt so bad it is hard to subject them to any form of exercise!
My wife as Spina Bifda and as just had a cyst cut out of her instep she can't walk rest Ibuprofen Paracetamol and time unfortunately Try alternating between ice and warm water to take the swelling down

You know I've been having this problem when I get up in the morning. My heals feel like they have been in high heels for days. But they haven't been. My Doctor gave me a prescription for Lyrica which is very expensive and it really hasn't helped. I am also experiencing extreme pain in the morning when I try to move my arms and body I have to do it a inch at a time. So if someone could help me me explain whats happening that would be great.
