2.5ml is not half a teaspoon 15ml is half a teaspoon.With regard to grams it depends what you need to convert to grams I guess as Ducky says use a conversion chart.kitchen scales weigh grams that is to say grams to ounces.

My apologies 15ml is a tablespoon in the UK - we used to put this through an I.V. drip over a period of about half an hour into a babies weighing approx two pounds. Sorry - you seem to know you millimetres - I got mine wrong didn't I? (You have posted another question re 2,5ml dry food) couldn't find this one again - I have commented on there that the teaspoon given with medicine is accurate not all are here in the UK however it is 5ml sorry again.
