If you're locked out, then your e-mail provider is the one that did it. You will have to wait 2-24 hours for the lock to be lifted. If you do a lot of e-mailing, like 20 or more in one shot or 50 of more in a day, then you can be flagged as a spammer and that will lock your account. Limit your e-mailings per day.
