      I can not help you with so little information.


      Who is your e-mail provider?


      What have you tried to do already to retrieve it?


      Are you getting an error?


      Did you forget your account sign in info?


      Did you forget how to get to the log in page so you can sign in?


      Go to e-mail: Go to the log on page by typing your e-mail providers name + log on into your search engine (the short bar on your browser). Then log on by entering your user name and password. Once in the e-mail program, click the in box tab.
