The study is incomplete & to say that Neutrinos are faster than the speed of light is at this moment not fact. As you point out "theory". It is believed that the Neutrinos (measurements) fired from the particle accelerator could be incorrect and the path distance etc.. has to be re-checked. The speed of light is 186,000 miles per second (300,000,000 Mtrs per second) and is very difficult to measure over such small (Earth) paths. More in depth studies are being done. E=MC2 still stands true.

Confirmation experiments need to be done yet.
I propose that nutrinos are fired from the source at the same time as an Interest rate increase is announced by the Reserve bank. If the Commonwealth bank raises their Mortgage rate before the nutrinos arrive at the reciever, it will prove that they travel faster than light.
