      It's cleaner and works better than anything we have now..  Since 3 mile island and Chernobyl disasters, much has been learned, considering that these two catastrophes represent hundreds of plants in the world it is not a fair assumption that any or all of them will do the same. since these terrible happenings, they are even safer than ever before and we need to look into this further. Alternative energy research is a good thing and should of course be continued however, we need energy now with our growing (usa) population it just doesn't seem right to continue using conventional non-nuclear sources.
