-15 + 3x =  -3
-15 + 15 + 3x = -3 + 15
3x = 12
3x/3 = 12/3
x = 4

-15+3x=-3

i.e. 3x = 15 - 3

i.e. 3x = 12

i.e. x = 12/3

So, x = 4

Now solve the other related problems by yourself.
