Just sit around, and ram as much food in you mouth as you can. It's a lot easier than loosing it.

EAS Creatine Monohydrate. I gained about 20 pounds using this product. EAS is one of the better companies I think and I followed the directions exactly. Drinking tons of beer and taking high grade amino acid pills got me really big too.
