      If you wish to delete cookies on your computer first open your web browser.
      In Google Chrome: Go to the ranch logo-> choose History-> clear all browsing data-> a new window will open. Make sure that “Delete cookies” is marked and choose “clear browsing History”.
      In Internet explorer: Go to “Tools” on the top of the screen-> choose “Delete Browsing History” -> make sure that “Delete Cookies” is chosen -> click on “Delete all”.
