      A normal body temperature for a 20 year old child is around 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit or 36.5-37 degrees Celsius.

        Depends on how you take the temperature: orally, auxiliary, or rectally..  There can be a whole degree difference by these methods.  Normal oral temp is 98.6 F............
