Usually on anything you go into that requires you to log in with a password you can put your email and if you look underneath they should have something that says forgot password? Click on that they usually email it to you or email you a new temporary one copy it go back to the site paste in the new temporary password and then you should be able to find an option after getting into site to change your password and change it to something you will remember.
