    How can one build up leg muscles that have ben lost due to excessive weigh loss?

    Thanks daisy, Since my legs are basically skin and bone, I don't know what exactly exercises I can do to build muscles. I do leg lifts, walking, dancing and stretching,
    but there has been no change. Am I doom to just live with it?

    Riding a bike is a good way to build up leg muscles, while not being as hard on the feet as jogging...and it tends to be more of a muscle building excercise.
