When a file you downloaded from an e-mail you received does not open sometimes the best option to have it open is to change the ending of the name of the file so your computer will recognize the program it needs to use in order to open the file. click on the Icon of the file with the right mouse button and choose "rename". Then change the ending of the file's name. so if your file is named sky change it so it will be named: sky.pps or sky.ppsx. or sky.ppt
