Yes, at the least it's a Urinary tract infection or if you are female and young (just coming into puberty) then you could have your first menstrual cycle. Talk to your mom if you are young. I can not guess by your name your sex or age, sorry. If you are not a young female and that's the cause, then see a doctor. Sex and age does matter in these types of questions.
