centrifigal force is the energy generated by a object that is spinning.Like the spin dryer in a washing machine,all objects inside the cylinder are forced towards the outer wall of the cylinder.

I learned this the hard way, my teacher ask me this in class 50yr ago, when I hesitated to answer he told me to get up and run around the room as I did he ask me what I was experiencing.
