You can cook Salmon in many different ways. One of which is to bake it:
Take your pre cleaned Salmon filet and lay it skin side down in an oven tray on a baking paper . Sprinkle salt and pepper on it and then drizzle some olive oil on top. Grate lemon zest on top and lay dill and basil leaves on the salmon. Cover with aluminum foil and put in an oven that’s been preheated to 200 degrees Celsius/400 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake it for 15 minutes, take the aluminum foil off and continue baking for another 5 minutes. After taking it out of the oven let it rest for about 2 minutes.
