Oxygen as an Atom has 15.9994 Mw (grams per mole). As a Molecule Oxygen is O2 and therefore it's Mw is close to 32 gr per Mole. If you want to know how many Moles you have you need to know how many grams you have and then you will be able to calculate Moles according to this following equation: gr X Mw = Mole.
