        Well, it's not another penis, so you should be somewhat concerned.  It could be a lot of things:  tumor, prostate, hernia, growth, or cancer.  Stop reading this and run like hell to see a urologist ASAP.

            Be safe see the Doc.  its most likely swollen sperm tubes around your testicles  but let a  Doc  checkem and see
