Where can I find Old World Kitchen Carmelized Onion Swiss Chicken Burgers?

They are showing online @ Sam"s Foods, yet after speaking to an employee she said they have been discontinued at Sam's.

I can not find a web page for Old world kitchen. It appears Sam's club was the only one carrying those burgers.

Sam's has discontinued them, but the July 2013 issue of Bon Appetit magazine has a recipe for turkey burgers that's very similar to the spinach and feta cheese chicken burgers. I substituted chicken for turkey and it's very easy to make. Mix:

1 lb. ground turkey or chicken
4 cups finely chopped spinach, stems removed
4 scallions thinly sliced
3/4 tsp. each of cumin, kosher salt and pepper.

Mix together, form patties and fry or grill them to your liking. We added some sauteed mushrooms and swiss cheese on the top. Delicious!
