No my husband has using it for 2 years now and he is diabetic . We even started growing it ourself last year and drying the leavs so make our own. This is a natural flavoring . We got ours at first from Puritin Pride .com . Do not get the Stevia in the Raw ,it is not Glutin free and dose have sugar in it .
