          you must drink lots of water and fiber eat apples for your fruit and lots of cabbage and other veg keep away from carbs as this will make it worse for a while also try prune juice that really works but dont rely on it

                  You can try Mineral Oil,  or Prunes. they have lots of fiber.

                    All the above + exercise. Walk at least 30 mins per day or cycle.
