To change Yahoo to English you need to log into your user account, then go to "options" near the upper right corner of the page, and go to "account information". You will need to enter your password again, and then a screen appears: "review my account information". Go to "member information" --> choose to "edit"--> on "General Preferences" go to "preferred content" and click on the link that appears (settings). Now you can select your preferred language --> finish! you might need to enter your password again, and after that you're done.
