Similar to you, I too have now been faced with starting a new career direction. Wherever you do end up working you will always have the owners eye of business, just not the authority to make changes on the spot, unless maybe you have an insightfull boss. This can be an asset , however co-workers may not understand so you have to tread lightly . I have just graduated grade 12....30 years late, now I am going to get a certificate on a subject I have expierence in, this has been a long road.. If it takes that piece of paper then I will get it, but I also had to be realistic about the lenght of time I take to get this.I have accepted this journey and am trying to make the best of it. Well, as long as written communications isn't within the job descrition of the job you intend to apply for...I guess you don't need any further education. But, if it is, maybe you should at least consider something that bolsters your writing skills. Not to be mean-spirited, but the wording and structure of your question could use some serious help.
