Most of the time employers only ask that you list such things on a job application. You should just finish your education rather than live a lie. But also, if you went to a college with such documentation, they would most likely order transcripts from your old school...and you would be found out. It's one thing to misrepresent yourself on a job application in order to work and earn a living...but it's a completely different matter to produce false documentation. It's not a good choice.
