No and as far as I know there will be no cuts to medicare.

Thankfully Colleen says no cuts to medicare - I am sure you pay enough for this. However in the UK it all seems disasterous - co many managers, co-ordinators co--ordinating the next and the next. As for the budgets being handed over to the G,P.'s since a few years back they were offered monetary incentives for monitoring the every day care of the patients which the nurses do anyway and now they are going to be given even more money as a budget to manage the NHS. The nursing training is no longer so good - this is not bias, and my recent stay in hospital was more than experience and my consultant said six of her colleagues resigned on block. What a mess it all is,.
