Go to control panel found after clicking start button, click on control panel and then choose the blue highlighted and underlined uninstall. You then go through the list of programs and right click on what you want removed or uninstalled. When the little box appears, you left click on uninstall. Let it do its thing, and it will tell you when it is uninsalled. Some programs require the computer to be re-booted, and will automatically do that for you.
