    Can you use ceiling paint as a primmer on walls?

    No, you need primer for walls if they haven't been painted before. Otherwise, just lightly sandpaper the walls and apply the paint. You might need undercoat if the wall has been painted with an oil paint.

    You CAN, but it won't be effective as a "primer". You'll just wind up painting more coats than you'll probably want to.
