      I do not know but bullies are not just limited to school children there are grown up bullies too and even ones that are very old some never outgrow being a bully or never see themselves as doing the harm they do to others emotionally.  Sorry to say.  And I do not believe they do it out of ignorance I believe they know full well they are doing it on purpose and just for the meanness of it.
