    how change time zone from Eastern to PACIFIC TIME?

    I WAS ABLE TO CHANGE THE TIME ON CLOCK BUT CAN'T GET THE ZONE TO CHANGE TO
    PACIFIC TIME ZONE. THEREFORE, MY E-MAILS LIST A TIME 3 HOURS LATER THAN WHAT TIME IS IN CALIFORNIA. I'D LIKE THE TIME TO BE CORRECT ON E-MAILS.

      The pacific time zone precedes the eastern time zone by 3 hours. for example, when it's 4 pm in the pacific time zone it's 7 pm in the eastern time zone.
