Recommended food for diabetics: It is recommended to trade all foods that made of plain carbs such as white bread, white rice, plain pasta, and potatoes in for food made of complex carbs such as whole wheat bread, brown rice, whole wheat pasta and sweet potato. Plus it is recommended to avoid sweets and high sugar drinks and instead drink water and eat a none starchy fruit and vegetables.
