I am able to get into my account on my main computer, but not my Ipad. I cannot remember my old password so I will not let me go any further on my ipad. Also I do not have a Kindle app anymore so I can buy books from my ipad either. How can I restore my ipad ibooks and my kindle.
Until recently I could buy books for my ipad from Kindle, but not ibooks for almost a year, but at least I could buy books still on my ipad. Now I cannot buy any new books on my ipad, just my main computer. I have synced my ipad to my main computer, but that has not worked either. When I touch my ibooks app, I get the message for update. I put in my new password name, but I get the message it is incorrect on my ipad. I really want to continue buying books on my ipad, but I can't. Can you give me a solution.
