      If crawler is a downloaded  app do this:  Start menu > Control panel > add/uninstall programs > locate crawler > uninstall


       To change the language: Go to your start button > in computer search bar under start button > type in Region and language > click on it when it shows in the list box > click location tab > select USA > apply.
