      It is an infection that starts in the chest,it can lead to Laryngitis where you loose your voice or your voice becomes hoarse.

          llaryngitis ,inflamation of the larynx, (your voice box) in your throat....causes you to loose your voice hoarseness...sore throat and ears,fever at times.....rest your voice..drink soothing liquids..see your physician....can be serious if not treated..be kind to your  voicebox.
