      High blood pressure is often labelled "the silent killer."  Usually it has no synthoms.  The best thing to find out whether you have high blood pressure is to measure it.  Sometimes people who have markedly elevated high blood pressure develop headache, dizziness, blurred vision, nausea and vomitting, and chest pain.
