Some might point out that the Longines Legend Diver 39mm is now actually smaller than the original which measured a full 42mm. This version shrinks the diameter by 3mm and link the lug-to-lug link by 5mm from 52mm to 47mm and makes it wearable for more wrists and if link it's not the other two sizes still sit in Longines' catalog. The existing 36mm and 42mm always left a bit of a hole in the Goldilocks zone and that's now been dutifully filled by the 39mm model.
