        Ducky has good advice. But main thing is always stay calm & slow steady breathing is a big factor.. God Bless!  90% No such thing as an EASY BIRTH!  But it's all worth it.. *~*

          Find a pre-natal class in your area.  They can give you lots of ideas, exercises and moral support.  Call a local health agency and they can direct you to classes.
