Do you have Adobe, or another PDF reader? You need a program such as I mentioned to download a PDF file. You also have to update it now and then, or you will find yourself only able to print a partial form. A lot of the places that have their stuff in a PDF format, also have free downloads of Adobe or something similar. Watch out for the companies that try to get you to change your browser in trade for the download...there's lots of those out there.
