    3. I have had help from Microsoft because of trouble with my laptop on the internet. I had picked up viruses and they said the AVG Antrivirus was not compatible witgh my PC. I believe that it was because my subscription was overdue. Could you please comment?

      take it in to some computer repair shop, or buy an antivirus CD at Kmarts or Walmart and shove it into your computer.
