    Why was I debited twice and received nothing

    You already debetid my account twice but you delivered not one item
    Is this a scam ?

    Contact the company by phone, documenting the date and time and representative with whom you speak.  Take copious notes on the conversation and pin them down on delivering your order AND reversing the additional debit.  Try to get a supervisor, if possible, but I don't believe any of those people are supervisors....you'll be lucky if you can understand the most-likely heavily-accented English.  Sigh.  

    Most times people don't check their statements.  I am glad you did.  A lot of companies are beginning to cheat their customers now.
