In such circumstance I think you should explain to her that you are coming back to pick her up and that you love her and not going to leave her. Maybe you can ask her for the reason she thinks you won't pick her up, and that way you may understand where it comes from. If that doesn’t help I think you need to advise the school counselor or a psychologist.
