In order to copy a text from a file, you can highlight it with your computer mouse, which is done by moving the computer mouse to the beginning of the relevant text, clicking the left button and dragging it (not releasing the clicked button and moving the mouse) along the text, until the end of the relevant text. Once the text is highlighted, click 'Ctrl + c' in order to copy it. Now go to tumblr, left-click with the mouse in the relevant text box, and click 'Ctrl + v' , in order to paste the text.
