      It could be a UTI. Very painful but easily fixed with antibiotics. You have to see a doctor. You can't fix it yourself. It not likely that you have cancer.

        No, it is highly possible you have a bladder infection, called a UTI.

              sounds like to me you have a bladder infection or kidney infection does your lower back hurt either way way you need to a Doctor ASAP
