    Why won't my arrow click the box in Paypal so I can agree and continue to change my password.

    It, the pay pal program acts like it's locked up but I can move my arrow around it just wont click the box

      Reboot your computer when this happens and try again. If it keeps happening, clean your computer by 


      Deleting Cookies http://www.ehow.com/how_18044_delete-cookies.html


      and 


      Deleting Your Browser's History http://www.ehow.com/how_6075_delete-browsers-history.html 


      If you still have issues, try a different browser.
